I was in St.James's Park in the centre of London, doing the tourist thing, photographing the (captive) Pelicans, when suddenly my viewfinder went totally ginger...
Zooming back, I caught this handsome chap, not three yards away, with his eye on the lakeside ducks & moorhens:

This winter is seriously strange. Today the sun shone, and it felt like Spring. Here are some shots I took in my garden today (Cambridge, UK) - in mid-January. Unbelievable.
