black_fenrir Sitting with his long time friend at the park, where they now days spent their time. The reason why he liked to come back to park more often than in recent weeks, he kept himself. Reita didn’t know he had kissed with Aoi and he wasn’t planning to tell him. Reita would just go and pick of a fight with Aoi and he would make sure they wouldn’t see each other again, at least any day soon.
It had been a week since he last time saw Aoi and it was also the time when they kissed. He had hoped to meet or hear about him but there was nothing. Uruha wished he would have had asked other’s phone number or someway to contact him but being caught in the moment he fully forgot it. He still mentally beat himself forgetting such a thing but there was nothing he could now do about it.
Both he and Reita had fully evening free and nothing planned. Reita had tried to suggest things to do but Uruha insist of coming back to the park where they had spent too much time. “Uruha, we should go somewhere else and do something. It’s boring to be all the time in here.” As Uruha shook his head as a no, Reita lifted his arm that elbow touched his knee and he could lean on to his hand. “We have been here whole week and nothing never happens here. We should go to shopping before shops will close their doors or to eat or something!”
“I’m not changing my mind. It just feels good to sit here and relax.” His eyes kept gazing around to watch people who were there also. There were only few others besides Uruha and Reita. If the fact that Uruha was waiting Aoi to walk in the park area, he enjoyed spending time in there because it was quiet and there was no dark corners where someone could hide and jump on him.
Shaking his head, Reita stated. “Well, at least it is good to get you out. You have been way too much inside.”
Uruha smiled realizing he had spent more time outside this week than he had in past, it sure was great to smell fresh air. “It feels good to be out but still I don’t want to go closer to city.” He wanted to continue this habit, it was so much better than the wall inside of his home.
What Reita said next went to deaf ears as he saw very familiar person approaching. Small shy smile appeared to his lips. He was happy to be able finally see other but he couldn’t go talk to other because Reita was there. He was sure he would get small smile from other or glance or wave. Ignoring Reita, Uruha kept watching Aoi from corner of his eyes but when Aoi walked past them he never gave a glance toward Uruha or small smile. Feeling utterly confused and lost Uruha gazed down on the ground trying to hide disappointment from Reita.
“Luckily that bastard didn’t come to talk…” Reita mumbled not really meaning to Uruha hear it.
Biting his lip Uruha suddenly stood up. “Umm, Reita. Can we end this for today?”
“That bastard did something to you after all, didn’t he?”
Shaking his head quickly, Uruha took couple steps away from other. “I just think I should go to bed early. I’m not feeling good.”
“Eh?” Was all Reita could say. Uruha had felt fine whole day and whole week and there hadn’t been any symptoms earlier today. “Okay, sure. You want me to walk you back home?” Something wasn’t right. Uruha even looked healthy.
“No need to.” Uruha’s voice sounded tiny, almost like a whisper. He wanted to get out from there, somewhere where no one would see him not even Reita. With quick wave of goodbye Uruha ran away from his friend to the safest place he knew, home. There he threw himself on the bed burying his head on the pillow. Why Aoi didn’t pay any attention on him? “Maybe Reita was right…” He mumbled tears stinging on his eyes. Uruha couldn’t place the time or when he fell for Aoi, there was something what draws him towards this guy. He knew too well Aoi could be dangerous person and make him feel even worse but there was this feeling what told him not to follow Reita this time. “Aoi, you asshole.” Biting his lower lip, tears fell on his cheeks. He hadn’t felt anything from Aoi when he saw other; it had almost been like cold and unknown person.

Next day Uruha stayed on his bed, not wanting to get up and do something. After all he didn’t had work but he knew he should get one but now wasn’t time for it. He wasn’t ready to start working when he still feared to walk alone among lots of people. He would freak out and get yelled for missing work. One tear escaped from corner of his eye, Uruha hadn’t slept much. He felt stupid for thinking that Aoi would like him back and that the kiss would have meant something. He should have believed Reita, Reita knew better.
Familiar ring tone filled the room. Reaching the phone sniffing he checked who was trying to reach him. Deciding not to answer he sighed pushing the phone somewhere where he wouldn’t see it. Other would definitely call again or send message. When phone went silent soon after it came sound of received message. Digging the phone to his hands, Uruha felt little annoyed of other’s need to check on him so often. Message was from Reita, just like he thought it would be. He was asking why he didn’t answered but Uruha would message back him later with some reason after he came up with it. Turning phone on the silent mode, not wanting it make any sound, till he wanted to check it again.
There was no hurry anywhere and he didn’t even want to get up. There was nothing waiting for him. Sure it was small reason to get upset for, it was just one ignoring and he had experienced it before and besides lots of people are getting ignored daily basis. Maybe it was good to stay in home, inside of the walls where no one would hurt him and no one would reach him without him letting them in.
As the day went forward Uruha stayed in the bed but when clock reached fifteen minutes over three he decided to message Reita. Typing he wrote ‘I’m not feeling good. I think I have flu. I will continue sleeping… Sorry.’ Reita never messaged back, only if it was important. He knew other would wish him speed recovery like he always did. Reita often did same things over and over again and because of that it was pretty easy to know what he would do.
Feeling really hungry but he wasn’t mood for eating food made Uruha even more annoyed. Last time he had eaten was yesterday; only thing he had drank today was glass of water in the morning. Slowly lifting himself up from bed he gazed himself from the mirror, his eyes were red and puffy, hair messy as it possibly could be. It would take forever to brush hair back to good but ignoring that he walked to kitchen where he decided to eat something easy and quick to make which were noodles. After the rape he had gone days without eating and most likely would be dead but Reita had made him eat. He still was quite thin for not eating enough but he was doing much better these days with his body.
After eating, he sat on the couch pouting and wondering how he would get over of ladies and gentlemen’s man Aoi. He had to get a way; he needed get over him without Reita knowing. Without realizing he was again biting his lip. There was nothing in his mind, just big white blank spot. “Why I can’t think of anything?!” He fumed covering his face with hands. Sudden sound came from bedroom, it was phone informing of new received message. “Eh, what?” Making his way to bedroom where the phone still was, he checked who had sent message. It was from Reita. ‘I will come to visit quickly and bring you something.’
Feeling panic to grow inside of him Uruha quickly looked around. It wasn’t good that Reita came, he was sick but even he didn’t look like one. Quickly writing message back saying it wasn’t good idea; Reita would get the flu if he came. But when new message was received Uruha’s eyes went wide. “You are still coming?” He ran around the house brushing his hair but not too much, only to make it look like ‘I tried to look tidy but I have been in bed whole day.’, he also wrapped morning robe around his torso and next was turn to make something warm to drink. As he put water to boil he tried out few voices what he hoped would sound like a sick person. Just when he was pouring hot water to mug door bell rang. Swallowing he took slow steps to the door repeating wish in his mind ‘Reita, please believe me. Reita please believe me.’
Nodding his greetings to other, he let Reita walk inside of home.
“You have been sleeping all this time?” Reita asked examining other. He needed to get this something what was making Uruha act weird out of him. It wasn’t cold weather nor Uruha hadn’t done anything what would involve cold or chilly places. Rising eyebrow as other nodded again and walked to kitchen, Reita following on his steps. ‘At least he is eating…’ He frowned when he noticed hot mug of tea in Uruha’s hands. ‘Maybe he is sick after all…’ “So, Uru…you seem sick after all…Take this.” Handing metal magnet duck to Uruha.
Looking weirdly at Reita and the gift. “Eh, thanks…I guess.” Taking it, he attached it to fridge’s door. Blinking few times he turned around quickly and glared at other angrily. “Wait. What did you said? You don’t believe me when I say something?! ”
“No, I didn’t say that. I believe you but you are acting awfully weird lately.” Reita folded his arms. “I admit it is good to get you out but the way you don’t want to do anything or talk is way beyond weird. You would usually dislike spending time in that park that long.”
Already pointing at the door. “You bring me gift just to check if I’m telling the truth. Have your little mind ever thought of that maybe I have changed after what happened?” Sudden shiver went down on his spine. Talking or mentioning rape was difficult even with Reita who knew everything what had happened on that eve. “Leave!” He felt upset, closest friend didn’t believe him and crush was only playing with feelings. More than ever he wanted to be alone now. “Leave!” He shouted commanding then turning his back on other showing that he didn’t wanted to say another word.
Reita left which made Uruha relived. How could Reita think such a thing? It was good he had eaten just before Reita had come because once again lost his appetite and he knew he wouldn’t eat anything else today. “Why you both have to be jerks?” Letting the question float in the air, his voice sounded broken. He didn’t wanted to cry, not even a single new tear but familiar sting could be felt in eyes.
