I got an envelop in the mail from my college yesterday afternoon and it turns out I got into their honor society, Phi Theta Kappa! You get in if you have a certain gpa (at least 3.5. I have a 3.7) and you have to keep your grade up to stay in. It's making me really nervous now, because I can get great scholarships when I transfer to a four-year college with this, which would be so helpful as I'm not exactly swimming in money, so I have all this pressure now to get good grades. I'm also pretty excited because I've been working to get good grades for this so I can put it on my transcripts and get scholarship money and it is awesome that I made it in. So yeah, mixed feelings! But for now, I think I'll just try to stop worrying and celebrate!
I proceeded to celebrate by realizing I couldn't find my textbook, looking around the house for it for like half and hour, and then finding it on my bookshelf hidden behind a notebook. *facepalm*
