♘ bare feet.
The sad thing is, Break is weird enough already for no one to question this. Why did the man suddenly stop wearing shoes? Everybody wonders, I bet, but no one bothers to ask, because he has his reasons and secrets he won't share. Break finds himself more comfortable when barefooted nowadays, seeing as his strongest leads are now hearing and touch. So unless it's freezing, he probably doesn't have even socks on.

♘ cane.
A blind man's best friend! Only his isn't white. It's pretty self-explanatory, how he finds himself more comfortable with his cane - if and how he manages to look absolutely normal when poking around with it is beyond me.
♘ eye contact.
How to fake eye contact when his gaze is notably off all the time? He's working on that, either making it so he doesn't have to look the other person in the eye (while still making it seem like he's not avoiding eye contact - not an easy task, that) or tries to find the eyes. It helps a lot if he has seen the person when he still could, and thus knows approximately how tall they are. He can't do much beyond that- except... →
♘ hat.
... use a hat. To shade his eyes. It's not much, but it does help, a little.
♘ scent.
Smell is another important sense he still has, although it isn't used as much as hearing, for example. Still, it plays a large role in his life now.
♘ sounds.
Every individual has his own way of moving, voice, speech patterns, even breathing, although a normal person who can't see may never notice that. Not all of those, anyway. Break is working on this, especially the sounds people make when moving - that way he should be able to know what to do to keep the illusion that he can see, even when he can't. He has a long way to go though, and it's true - one who is blind can't perfectly fake seeing.
♘ touch.
On par with hearing, and the main reason he no longer wears neither shoes nor gloves unless he absolutely has to. His actions have slowed down, a little, because he now has to feel everything and can't shrug it off with one quick glance like before. He's working on this, though - making his actions quicker and more natural.
♘ walls.
He prefers to stay as close to those as possible, and not only because the walls usually have different patterns to help him determine where he is (at least in the DR, he's been finding his way around mostly by this, since the walls are different in different sections of the place actually, mun made that up to make her life easier), but also because he has developed a sort of... ah... agoraphobia. Maybe it's normal, for someone who has lost his sight. Go ahead and try - it is a rather unnerving sensation to stand in the middle of a large space with eyes closed, not knowing which way is which.

As in, the people who happen to know about his condition. In the Dressing Room, lackofpresence is well aware of it, and has promised to help him (and the muns frequently call him seeing-eye-Liam, because that's pretty much what he is). As well as snowwhite_chaos, who came up with the idea about the hat, and let him borrow clothes. And hero_of_sabrie, who found out because Break couldn't keep his act together well enough yet, and is also willing to help him in any way he can. (More people to be added as CR builds...)
