One word, good. Completed the training except for abs and without any doubt, sprint training was tiring as usual but it can be better. I was left with nothing and having concentration lapses after everything. All in all, I am really happy with training on monday. I have always love feeling satisfied after training.

Running was seriously drag ass today! Jelly legs and stitches. Gave up after 2 rounds. I used the word "gave up" so you can imagine how "buay gan" I am. The result of not constantly running long distance for very very very long.
