The following is a conglomeration of several sucky customers, and just a fill in I work at a fabric & craft store...

This past saturday i had a pretty sucky morning even before the store opened, I was working at the cutting counter and lucky me my first customer was this lovely woman. ( cut for length )

Well, I booked my flight down to Arizona this morning for October 22 - 26. With any luck, that will be the only thing I will have to pay for (aside from food). I'm so glad I know people living in the same town/going to the school that I'm looking at. I get to visit kawaiikingyo at UofA and stay with some people Ben knows in Pheonix when I go to vist ASU. So, this week has been going well. I had my 8th day in a row at jo-ann today, and i'm surprisingly energized. I think it has a lot to do with who has been coming in and how productive i feel i've been. signupsheet and yofar came in to visit near the end of my shift and gave me some well wishes for my interview which was after my shift. it was nice to see them and ( Read more... )

So... The boxes in the garage havn't moved much. I did unpack the large box of patterns and little plasic storage and semi-arranged my storage space in the office closet. Gah... just too much stuff to deal with ( Read more... )

So Ben got the house network up and running as of about 1pm this afternoon... too bad I had to run off to work at 2 and didn't really have enough time to get on and update and what not.

So Ben and I went to a town just outside of Salem last Monday and picked the colors for the house. Each choice became increaseingly more difficult. We went from three choices of carpet color, to five color choices for wood laminate floors, to twenty choices for lenolium flooring for the bathrooms, to a hundred plus choices for the formica counters ( Read more... )
