Credits, Buffy comics, and music
Professional note: for anyone who reads Shinobi Life vol. 2, there's a credits mix-up in the first printing. (I don't know if/when it'll go back to print, but editorial is aware of the error, so I assume it'll be fixed if possible.) Despite what the book says, I did the adaptation, and I believe it was translated by Lori Riser, who translated vol. 1.
(Since I love the series, I'll also take the occasion of vol. 2 being released to remind you all that it's lots of fun and worth checking out. ^_^)

Argh, I really need to stop buying the individual Buffy season eight comics and hold out for the trade paperbacks, but it'd take so long for the trades to catch up to where I am in the story that the annoyance level keeps me from doing it. But it's not like I can put the single issues on a bookcase, and I don't feel like starting an actual box of comics just for one title. (I held off on Angel, and as a result I haven't read any of it yet.)
The Buffy art really frustrates me, though, because EVERY TIME I look at the covers and am fairly happy with the art, and then I open the issue up and am reminded the hard way that someone else is doing the interiors. >.<

Two music notes:
--the track list for Tori Amos' new album has been released, and it can be found here, along with an interview. (The interview mentions that the album title ["Abnormally Attracted to Sin"] comes from Guys and Dolls, and I suppose not noticing that makes me a bad theatre student, especially given that musical theatre is what I was always interested in. But I mostly paid attention to later shows.) The album's scheduled for May 19. ^_^
