I like Tommy Amaker. I think he's a good guy with the right priorities and that he probably knows a lot about basketball. But it's over. The only issue now is when. As far as I'm concerned, it couldn't happen soon enough. Every time I start thinking about the basketball team, I have to start watching Rose Bowl highlights to cheer myself up.

I hope that everyone got a chance to see Michigan win the opening tip off against #1 UCLA today... and that your cable went out shortly thereafter.

I am already absolutely despondent about this year's basketball team. You might be able to fool yourself, based on the final score, into thinking that they played somewhat respectably against N.C. Top recruit Alex Legion recommitted to playing basketball at Michigan yesterday. This is pretty huge. His decommitment in November was a huge blow to Amaker.
