I wonder if I could become some sort of sensory master when I was younger. I suffer from rather bad eyesight due to reading hundreds upon thousands of books in bad light. So Sis & I have been experimenting with Tiramisu lately. Last batch turned out to be not... so fantastic. Ran out of vanilla half way through the creation, not to also mention the extra shot of Kahlua I added to the soaking coffee sauce. ^_^; Still, it's worth an experimentation. There's something comforting about being able to sit down at a bar with a friend on a Tuesday night over a couple beers and some Wasabi peas.
