Good morning. This is Arashi's Ohno Satoshi.
Every Friday I respond to the messages received on this show.
First up is one from Miwa-chan of Shiga.
"The other day, when you read the postcard about the cat that made barking noises, Ohno-kun made cat noises, didn't you? My cats at home responded to it. They started glancing around the room restlessly, crawling around looking for Ohno-kun. I have 3 cats at home. They're really cute but they also have their bad points. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed when looking after them. My beloved Ohno-kun, I'd like you to encourage me."
Hehh. So they respond to it? (makes cat noises) I wonder if they'd respond to this as well?
Man... is that right? What happens when you have 3 cats? What do they do? Do they sharpen their claws on the wall?
Mm. But cats are mysterious, aren't they? They don't really get too rowdy at home, do they? Like, um, they're always there, right? Just staring at you. Then when you tease them with a cat toy, they react, don't they? I wonder if their ankles hurt?
Seriously, I think they're amazing. But well, you might feel overwhelmed, I guess. But who's the one who owns the cats?

Next, one from 'Cabbage-Heart-Who's-Sort-of-Lost-Confidence'-san.
"Ohno-kun, good morning. I'm the person who previously consulted you about my barking cat. Thanks to the fact that my cat heard Ohno-kun's radio show, it barely barks anymore. However, I finally managed to record it! Please listen to my silly cat's bark. If Ohno-kun accepts that it's barking, I'll change my cat's name from Mii-chan to 'Gosuke' from today onwards."
(laughs) You don't have to do that!
Eh? I seriously want to hear it, though. Yeah, let's hear it! Eh? Is it really short? Right, let's hear it!
(ambiguous cat noise)
(laughs) Once more!
(ambiguous cat noise)
(laughs) Can we hear that once more?

(laughs) I... don't accept it!

(laughs) What IS that? It's not going 'woof'! Let's hear it again.

(laughs) Man, but this is funny. It's like, between a 'woof' and a 'meow'. And that rolling noise at the end is funny. Nyaaao! But like, I don't accept that. So please don't change its name to 'Gosuke'. Just leave it as 'Mii-chan'.

Next, from 'Tsukune-Skin-Liver-Negima'-san.
"Sato-yan, good-morn-night-hello! Tonight I want to have nabe. What nabe do you recommend?"
Well, then, since we've come this far... how you try eating a nabe with tsukune, skin, liver and negima in it?
Next, from Nao-chan-san of Ohta.
"Satoshi-kun, good morning. When I eat seven-herb rice porridge or adzuki-bean rice porridge, I put in a lot of sugar. Also I eat my Tsukimi rice dumplings with plenty of sugar. When I mentioned it to my friends, they were surprised. I thought it was normal, but they were appalled. It's really delicious, though! Satoshi-kun, have you ever experienced surprising people like that when chatting to them?"
Well, that's just how you were brought up, right? As long as it tastes good, I think that's fine. It's not particularly... well, it might seem like there's a correct way to eat it, but that's not true.
For me, like the ones I mentioned before, like chocolate on rice... That's basically a dessert. A warm dessert.
And then something I did, long ago, I'd put sugar and milk in coffee -- in hot coffee, that is -- and then I'd dip sliced bread in and eat it. I think I've mentioned it in the past. It's delicious! I often did that in elementary school... maybe even since kindergarten?
Whenever I was asked what I'd like for breakfast, it was always that. I was always the bread type, when it comes to breakfast. Maybe that's why I like bread. Try doing that! It's probably best for me when it's all soggy. (laughs) That's why I like stuff like french toast.
Ah, I haven't had french toast recently. Now I feel like having some. (laughs)
Next, from Hinako-san.
"I'd like to hear Ohno-kun snapping his fingers. If you don't mind, please sing something while snapping your fingers to the rhythm."
Uwaa, that's kinda embarrassing. Fine, I'll do this last paragraph to a rhythm. Like this. (snaps fingers)
