Back to the grind.

But I can hardly call sewing up some plushies using my favourite recycled fulled wool sweaters a grind now can I!

Now that I'm feeling better I need to get back to my severely long-and-overdue to-do list, and right at the top is finishing off these plushies for this year's Plush You show.

The first, a sweet little black lamb, is all finished and sitting patiently awaiting some clothes (which I can hopefully get done in time!)

I have a cream goat and a brown rabbit to finish up, but I thought I would share this with you in the meantime:

In an intimate blogfessional I'd like to confess that I'm more than a little freaked out by safety eyes when a toy is inside out. Isn't that creepy?! I had to take a photo because I want to know if I'm the only one who's scared by this, and also because inside out like this she kind of reminded me of a creepy version of my favourite childhood show. (Warning: site does play music, and the music WILL drive you insane after about 5 minutes of it on loop)

And then when I was cramming her out the right way again, I was struck with a brilliant (or so I think) idea mid-cram...

How cute would a stuffed lamb head look! In a good way you know - not like plush taxidermy. Like a plush animal ball with ears!

Now I just need some help with a name - any suggestions? I'm going for a French theme so bust out your best noms français!
