This is a question I hear a LOT every time I do a market/talk endlessly about stamp carving.
But what would I do with a stamp?
One of my new favourite toys is my fabric covered button making kit.
And one of my new favourite things to do (well a combination of an old fave and new obsession) is to carve tiny tiny stamps, and stamp them onto fabric to make into fabric covered sew-on buttons.
I wish I knew how to turn them into magnets! I think I'll have to have a fiddle and see what I come up with.
For now, all my packages are going out with a cute hand-stamped tag and some hand-stamped sew-on buttons for you to keep and use (or hoard for yourself!)
In fact, can you guess what the contents of this package is!?
It's one of my stamp carving kits, ready to go to this month's giveaway winner over on
The Haby Goddess' blog - there's still time to go and enter if you'd like to win your very own Two Cheese Please stamp carving kits. Just
head on over and answer the question: what will you use your hand carved stamp for?
You can find some suggestions on my first
'but what would I do with a stamp' post, but there's so many things you can do with a stamp apart from scrapbooking so I'm sure with your thinking cap on you'll come up with something great! (I'm really enjoying reading all the entry comments over there - it's a great way to get some new ideas and inspiration)
