Briaja has run Kara a few times now, and gotten several items. But apparently it is the heroic instances that like her best (and the feeling may be mutual). She's now completed four heroics - Botanica, Slave Pens, Old Hillsbrad, and Sethekk. In each of those four instances, she won the epic item off the final boss. That's pretty lucky!
