I just wanted to let anyone on my f-list who hasn't heard from me yet that we're fine. The bridge is very near the university, but I wasn't over there today.
Please keep a good thought for all the people involved, though.
I owe everyone an update on our lives, but it won't happen tonight. Soon, I hope.
P.S. I have to laugh...CNN's coverage is so sensationalized. Local coverage is much more level-headed, understated, and dignified. Gotta love Minnesotans; they've really earned my respect today.
