I wrote quite a rant about The Vampire Diaries season 4 and why it hasn't been a ride as satisfying as previous seasons. If anyone's interested, you can find it at my journal.

One of the things I enjoy most about The Vampire Diaries is the way it presents morality, and in particular the way it explores that through its vampire characters. So in this post, I'm going to discuss the ethics of the vampire characters, and what I see as the central moral conflict that all these characters face.

Hi. I'm not new to the fandom but new to the LJ fandom of TVD. I really have no one to talk TVD to besides my mom & cousins who dont get the fact that you can ship characters.

So I was wondering who do you all ship?

I've decided to rewatch season one in preparation for the new season starting up this month. Here are my reactions to the first ten episodes.
