Christmas Wishlist
I'm pretty sick with the cold and I'm feeling cruddy about the schoolwork (and that one paper that I know the professor will not be satisfied with because he's so damn peculiar!), so I figured this was a good time to post my Christmas Wishlist...
Step One
# Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love an icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
# If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
# Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two
# Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
# If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

1. FIC OR VID; Pushing Daisies; Ned/Chuck, anything bittersweet, but a bit on the fluffy side too. Or something completely tragic. Anything Ned/Chuck, really. ;)
2. FIC; Pushing Daisies; an epilogue of sorts for all the characters would be lovely. (Happy ending, please!)
3. FIC OR VID; The Fall; any sort of Roy&Alexandria father/daughter relationship. Maybe like a missing scene to the movie? Anything I can get concerning this movie, I will love, I'm sure.
4. VID; Dollhouse; Victor/Sierra to The Resistance by Muse. I can understand a delay on this in hopes of more Victor/Sierra scenes (and of course, you're probably going to have to cut the song down a bit, but hopefully not too much!), but if anyone thinks they can make this, I would be crazy happy!
5. FIC; Supernatural;Dean&Castiel; more missing scenes kind of things from 5x03 or in general, wherein Dean is trying to humanize Castiel and Castiel does not a quick learner make! (lol) CRACK ficcage!
6. FIC; Supernatural; Dean/Lisa/Ben/Sam/(Castiel); Ben is Dean's kid. What happens next. Can be set any time, but I've seen a couple of fics with the neat idea of: Ben being Dean's kid and therefore being pursued by the angels to become Michael's vessel, but these fics haven't panned out.
7. FIC; Supernatural; Jimmy and his family; a flashback fic to when Castiel started visiting Jimmy and how his newfound "insanity" affected his family life? That's just an idea, though. If you have any Jimmy fic ideas, I'll be happy to read them.
8. VID; Supernatural/Dexter; a comparative look at Dexter and Sam, about how they try to be heroes in unlikely ways, about how they're "freaks," etc? Song is up to the vidder. OR any kind of Dexter/SPN AU Vid. I dunno. Use your imagination!
9. Any feedback on any of my work would be appreciated (recent work would be better)! Fic | Icons | Picspams (proper picspams, please).
10. And, like last year, I hate to ask, especially because of the recession and everyone's difficult financial situations, but I would LOVE for a renewed paid account. The one I currently have expires on 12/20/09 ... and, well, I've gotten spoiled! :)
