Mike Rome, who was an undergrad and then tech in my lab, and Jordan Mendler, a friend of ours, who I met through Rome since they grew up together in Tarzana, left on a road trip Tuesday.  Each year, they go up to the Monterey Jazz Fest.  This time I came along.  We left Tuesday morning and headed up to San Luis ( Read more... )
