Can’t believe how busy I’ll be this month. First a week in Chiang Mai, then 3 days out-of-office for meetings, and then another week out to Port Dickson, just before CNY. Been so tired that I have not been updating this blog, only tweeting, so sorry for that. ごめんね！

I’m back from my biz trip, and boy am I glad to be home. Somehow or other, being away for a week at a reclusive resort for work/meetings, made me feel super disconnected from the world. Not to mention that internet at the resort was pretty sucky, so I gave up going online at ( Read more... )

Dinner tonight was hosted within department and it was at a luxurious French restaurant in the Shangri-La, Kuala Lumpur, called LaFite. It was a 5-course dinner and honestly by the third course, I was already bloated, coz the servings were huge for French cuisine.

Started the day at 830am this morning. Overslept some more, coz had problems falling asleep on the bed with overly soft pillows and a contrasting hard mattress. Rushed through breckkie in less than 5 mins then hurled straight to the function room ( Read more... )

Hihi... I'm now in KL, sitting alone in my hotel room listening/watching to Muse's music videos on MySpace, playing Mousehunt and checking email. Basically enjoying my beautiful room while I can, coz I probably won't be in it the next few days except when it's time to sleep. So I thought I'd better snap some shots before I forget, like always...

Just had a terrific company Christmas party last Friday, and really enjoyed it coz I was one of the committee members involved in the planning of it!

To sum it up, the first two days of work passed like a whirlwind. Just when I stepped in, I was greeted with great enthusiasm from my supervisor for he had a pile of work to offload on me.
