Off to the North
Taking a five day weekend to go to the last SCA camping event this year. Trying out the new truck for packing all the stuff, I have the majority of the equipment packed. It's going to take a few iterations before I get it better organised. No need for the roof rack for a solo trip, may need to consider other options when the family is with me.
Taking lots of blankies and a very warm sleeping bag, tights and gloves. Going to be cold at night and hot/humid during the days. Cider and other goodies packed.
Still dealing with face pain/headache daily. Fancy MRI next month and consult with neurosurgeon a week later. Crossing fingers there is something they can do.
House is a major tip. Plans to make it even worse when I get back.
