Ants have invaded my kitchen. There is a concoction of sugar, water and Borax simmering to deal with the ants.
Vet will have to try and find a bit of bladder to aspirate urine to test. Pretty sure it's just going to be an exercise is frustration and expense. May request he forgo this and just order more antibiotics.
I will have to stop by car repair place and see if they can sort it Tuesday when I'm not working.
ETA: back from town. Managed to catch 10 drops of urine in sterile container. That will be cultured, if i grows it will be good - cost $90, no growth $27. Cheaper isn't better, but it's at least an option. Big news in town, local bowling alley, bar, restaurant burned down overnight. Probably initiated by liquor license being withdrawn for 40 days. Not going to help anyone as people will be out of work. Wonder why they were checked out for liquor license infractions? Could it be jealousy of the new outdoor patio that had just been added by owners who have been pumping cash into the set-up. There are no winners here.
