3. What books do you have on request at the library?

iz going to be all pretentious here-
I reserved three manuscripts (haw- see not books- Manuscripts!!!) at
the Fisher Rare Book Library at the University of Toronto. Went on
Friday and petted them, measured them, imaged them. These are priceless
volumes, 12th Century and later. So, not only were all my pens, cameras
etc taken from me, but I had to use the desk near the librarian who kept
a close eye on me while I played with these priceless objects. sighs with memories

Gaileo and Copernicus's words of wisdom as published by them - THEN. Also other scientists. Lovely woodcuts and discussions of agriculture-early printed books.

Hugh, of Fouilloy   De claustro animae  I am going to try and recreate this book.

Might do something with this one too. Sadly, the bindings had been cut and all the pamphlets bound together. ARGH

ETA - my notes

ETA 2- De Claustro Anime - it's being held open- book too tight to open front and back, can't open front or back completely without possible damage to binding.
