On the 27th of last month, I went with rakugo_report and two of her friends to Asakusa and Akihabara. I've been to Asakusa once before, but I like it (more than Kamakura) so it was fun to go back. We took pictures of Kaminari-mon and ate takoyaki at a yatai. We did omikuji and although the outside of the building was under construction, I got a lovely picture ( Read more... )

This Saturday, I went to a 笑笑 in Kabuki-cho. There were lots of Americans there, of varying levels of Japanese ability. The 居酒屋 itself was pretty fun. Got to see a bunch of people from 「会話」 and stuff. We had a meal with lots of courses and 飲み放題.
