Boo-Yakkity
In the Herron library wasting time right now because I have roughly an hour's worth of time to kill before I have to get my butt to the museum. I feel lucky that I was able to get a computer today because usually they are all filled. Today is weird though.....it's dead in here. Oh well, so much the better for me. I was actually seriously considering not coming in today as I laid there listening to my alarm, but then I said to myself, do not be silly, you must go to class because you would much rather skip on Friday instead. XD Oh the shady logic of the morning!
Well we have some bad news this morning...two bad newses...First off, the Independent running against the Greenwood mayor Doofus, I mean Henderson, lost by 101 votes. I am so mad, I want Doofus out of office soon because all we are doing is stagnating. Then on top of that the worst possible news happened for Indianapolis in that Bart Peterson lost against that Repooplican. It's like, fuck, this city is going to be poor and broke, we may as well rename our city to Toilet City, or Crapper South, because that's where we're headed, down the toilet!
OK, now that that's out of my system I can move on to more cuddly things. I have all my pencils done for the 4 page epilogue to Patches chapter 3. I'm kind of unhappy with them though, but I suspect that's just PMS and me being too critical of myself so I am going to let them slide. They are currently all scanned and ready to be inked. I might start inking them today after I get back to class, but that depends on whether I decide to crash out and sleep all afternoon, which is a really possibility since I am feeling quite dead. Anyway speaking of Patches I am also considering possibly having a fanart contest with prizes and all that jazz. Right now I'm just putting out my feelers to gauge interest, so if you think you would be interested let me know.
Well, I guess that's that, and I'm sure I lost half of you at the beginning of the 2nd paragraph anyway. I suppose I should conduct all of my business first before talking politics...oh well.
