Grumblings of a Cranky Young Fart
Well, I decided that I might give the Project Wonderful ad service a try and sell some advertising space on my comics page. So far I'm feeling kind of pessimistic about it since nobody has bid on the space yet, but maybe I'm just being too impatient since really it's only been up for a few hours at best.
I'm in general feeling really down this weekend because I have two papers I have to write and I don't feel very confident about either of them. I've been getting A's so far on all my writings, but I feel like I've just been getting lucky I guess. I am really starting to hate certain aspects of these education classes, like the excessive reading and paper writing with vague guidelines. I have to admit that I don't like tutoring either. My student never shows up, and then if I don't escape, the professors will just tell me to go sit in on another tutor and student. It's like Hello!?!?! There is a concept, and it's called the third wheel! I really don't want to sit and watch on the sidelines twiddling my thumbs for an hour and then be rewarded by driving through horrendous rush hour traffic for over an hour to get home later for dinner, so I have to eat reheated food alone! >:( What's more is the other half of this block doesn't even have tutoring!!
