two questions!
one! does anyone know (or can maybe point me to some tutorials) how to resize and crop a gif? like if i wanted to make an icon.
two! are there any insomniacs in the audience? or insomniac-adjacent? how does insomnia manifest for you? what triggers it? (does it have a recognizable trigger?) how do you treat it/put it off/get to sleep? are you totally useless the next day? i think this is something i might be able to research enough to make it make sense, but if anyone has actual experience, that can only help.
