(i have seventy - i counted - of the world's ugliest pumpkin walnut craisin white chocolate cookies sitting in baggies in my kitchen. the next project is to defrost the puff pastry and bake my brie. and call the parental unit and ask them to bring a basket into which i can put the seventy pumpkin cookies. i didn't even double the recipe or anything. apparently it just makes that many.)
