I had some major setbacks on this waist cincher. I sewed one of the sides together upside-down and didn't realize it til I was putting the satin ribbon binding on it! Luckily I figured it out before I put the eyelets in. It added another hour and a half onto the project, but overall, I think it turned out pretty good (atleast from the outside, I also had a little problem with the lining being a little short...) She already had a burgandy skirt, so I only had to make the chemise, cincher and a bonus belt pouch! Here are the pics:
