I've been thinking about this for a long time. Let me start with "I may be wrong", and this could be controversial (especially if you're a fundamentalist), ( but this is just what I think. )

I just wanted to thank yonihamagid for letting me participate in Purim with him and his family and friends. I had never gone to a Jewish service of any kind before. I was thinking about prayer a lot the last 2 weeks. I think I've realized that there is a big part of prayer that a lot of Christians, myself included, often forget. I've been religious all my life. Even when I tried on agnosticism as a teenager, I couldn't really get to Atheism. I just was never arrogant enough to try and say that God didn't exist, even if He doesn't care about us.
