For those familar with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that Apple makes developers sign before allowing them to write applications for the App Store, you will /really/ love this crap. Apparently, Apple felt the need to point out that the very discussion of rejected submissions is also covered by the NDA!

Seems if you got one of the new "compact" USB chargers as part of an iPhone 3G shipment in the US, you will need to exchange it for a replacement starting October 10 (when they expect to have replacements). Details are at the link below.
