Currently Reading: Night, by Elie Wiesel.
anyone ever read this book? it's a required reading for this class i'm in on racism and so far it's pretty moving. it's a holocaust survivor's account of his time in auschwitz. so far it's pretty good. if you havent read it yet, i reccomend it. it's so sad that something like that has happened, but i sometimes think, is it even worse that there are people today who deny that it ever even happened? and that it's a jewish conspiracy and the people who died were just 4000 from typhus? this thursday a holocaust survivor is gonna actually come and speak with us. that should be interesting.
