I Knead That Bread.
Brioche it is. I'll be feeling that in my kneading muscles tomorrow, I expect. I never used to, but I baked a lot back then and I had finely crafted kneading muscles. Now? Not so much. A Whole Bunch of Stuff.
My phone evidently has mood management issues and was being contrary yesterday. I called my mom as I walked home from the bus stop and she said she'd call me right back.
