Well, I did it.
I submitted an application to nursing school.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
There is still another step - there are two applications I need to complete. The one I just did is the Ontario one... U of T has their own supplemental application. That part becomes available on November 1.
The application I just completed cost me $173. I am going to be pissed off if I'm rejected. The good news is that I don't need to do the Ontario application for my backup plan school - since I was already a student there I just need to fill out a form and I'm practically guaranteed acceptance - and the fee is only $25. But I do not want to have to fall back on my backup plan.
Oh my god, I am really doing this.

In other, much more annoying news, there is a rip in my new couch. And the Brick is giving me a hard time about getting it fixed. Apparently it's difficult to fix and because I bought the floor models they are saying that it was like that when I bought it. I KNOW it wasn't, because I picked over every inch of these couches like a crazy person before I bought them. I even bought the warranty to cover crap like this because this sort of thing always happens to me but now they are saying that my warranty doesn't cover it either. When the saleslady told me plain as day that it covers rips in the fabric. I already spent a half hour on the phone this morning bitching to their customer service manager, and I am going down there after work and if they don't fix my couch or give me another one then heads are going to roll.
Note to the Brick: You do not mess with me when I just spent $1500 at your store. You do not mess with me, Period. I can be a huge bitch when I need to be.
