For the prequels I think that the bosses at Fox Studios really wanted Hayley Joel Osment to play young Anakin but casted Jake Lloyd instead as a runner up.

Their eyes are glazed over white/red/black yet seem to see perfectly fine especially for hunting their favorite prey...normal humans.

Riddle me this: Why is it when a car/boat/plane or any mode of gasoline dependent transportation, the character taps on the fuel gauge when they run out of gas? I notice this in action movies and almost always in James Bond films.

Overall I liked it. I watched a YT video and it was explained why the filmmakers changed or removed alot of the original content from the book to fit in a 2 hour movie. I thought the changes from the book made the movie really work ( Read more... )

Recalling Batman vs Superman: DoJ, and how that pissed off the fans, I was thinking how a cross-over between James Bond, Ethan Hunt and Jason Bourne in the ultimate showdown between the biggest guns of these "supermen" would play out.

May is no longer for Star Wars, since the new Star Wars films are being shown in December.

Cloverfield-Rob and his dumbass GF Beth. Rob should have died EARLIER in the movie, since he was the one willing to risk his life and dragged along with his sympathetic friends to go rescue Beth. And Beth manage to stay conscious after getting a rebar yanked out from her leg, limp out her destroyed building and with everyone else.

Pulp Fiction. It was On Demand via Sundance channel, and while it was edited for language and graphic violence it didn't ruin my enjoyment watching it. To me, it was a social commentary that even the cynical '90s culture can relate to. And back when indie movies were popular ( Read more... )
