This weekend marks our wedding anniversary. Though the happy date is actually Monday, our goal was to celebrate the joyous occasion this weekend. This year has a nice symmetry to it - it marks 8 years married and 16 years together as a couple. So, we're home again. We actually got home late Monday night, to the wet, dreary, gray New England rain.

For anyone with little children, you really must check out Sid the Science Kid, a (relatively) new show on PBS. It's a totally awesome show about a preschooler (and his friends) who totally love asking questions and "investigating" why the world is the way it is. The other day, when obtaining some new long-sleeved shirts for my boys, I came across one that said, "I am Grandma's Payback."
