Am I the only one that thinks that Robin wasn't especially eager to see Kate stay? I think he just knew that she was too proud to come out and ask if she could, so she would need someone to make it clear that an offer was open and all she had to do was say yes.
I will be highly disappointed if at no point in the series, SOMEONE doesn't say, "Hey! Kate's got family in Nottingham! She obviously cares about them enough to potentially whore herself out to save them (aka this episode). That can be used to manipulate her!" It's just common sense really, especially with all of Marian's reasoning for staying in the castle.
I also wonder if Much's "Funny you should mention that," was Much about to try to make a point that Alan 'knows' a lot of tavern girls and therefore may not be the man she wants.
And last, Alan's jibe at Much seemed more of a friendly poke in the ribs than something meant to sting like in the past. To me anyway. I went to a school where if friends made comments like that it meant that they were close enough to not get

Good point! As nasty as the Sheriff & Guy have been in this series, it would be weird if they don't go after Mum & little sis!

Oh, gosh, I just watched the episode and the last moment made my heart ache. Poor Much! *grumble he should get the girl grumble*
I'm kinda torn. I felt so bad for Much at the end... "I saw her first", but on the other hand, I still don't like Kate! We need Eve back! And I miss his closeness with Robin. *sob*
Kate and Allan were rather fun to watch trading insults. And I loved Much "she thinks I'm legendary" line. That was too cute.

I actually don't mind Kate (which is a huge surprise to me), I feel about the same towards her as I did to Eve, which is that I can take her or leave her. I guess Eve's just still.... out and about somewhere... Much said he'd come and find her when there was justice again, didn't he? There isn't justice yet, so he might still go find her. If he remembers her in all the Kate excitement, that is.
And it is sad to see Much get his heart broken, but at the same time it's always good for fic ideas!
