I saw my doctor today and talked to her about possibly going from oral generic estradiol to the transdermal or cream version of it. Hello. I need some help...

I'm trying to switch from ethynil estradiol (0,035 mg per day) to oestrogel. What dose of oestrogel is preferred after consuming ethynil?
I heard after ethynil natural-like estrogens will be less effective because of receptor's tolerance stuff...

Also what amout of gel is equivalent to oral 17-beta esradiol?

As you might find out from my profile, I'm technically MtF but don't identify as trans. I'm past transitioning (which was surprisingly fast for me) but I'm still pre-op because I'm saving money for a good surgeon. I identify as femme, but not as a woman (or a man).
