Gallery Reception
I am sooo excited. After three weeks of very hard teamwork, the Williams Law office has new walls with new paint, new trim, cleaner bathrooms, and some very very awesome artwork hanging. The Grand Opening is tomorrow from 4:30 - 7:30. I have 5 pieces in the gallery myself - and have LOVED being a part of everything that's been happening. The good news is that all the pieces I can bare to part with are at the gallery - the bad news is I have nothing framed left to show - guess it's time to get to work huh. I have several pieces I need to finish before Christmas, and now that the gallery is finished I should have some real time to myself to work on it. The fall season is starting to show itself here in Colorado - I'm wondering what the weather will bring. My website has had some things added, the glitches on the pages fixed, and will hopefully go live tomorrow right before the grand opening. I still have some work to do, some art to scan and add as pages to view - but the original webpage is ready on the newer version of Netbeans. So much has happened in the last month. Did I mention I was voted in as co/vice president of the Art guild here in Castle Rock? No more hiding in the shadows for me - I'm in the limelight, and learning the political ropes as I go *pictures self on a tightrope wearing a leotard with a long pole....* Well time to get back to my webpage so I can publish it. I'll post how the gallery opening went as soon as I can. See you all soon!!
