Last night's trip too and from school was wonderful. The smell of fall was in the air, despite the temperatures reaching 84 according to a thermometer I saw in my travels. Going too school, I took my usual afternoon route, from Biddeford, out 111 to Sanford, continue across to Rochester on 202, then 125 South to the Lee circle. West on 4, out through Antique Alley in Northwood, and on to the Epsom Circle, where I jump on 28 south to run me almost directly to school. Yes, it takes a while, however the slower roads allow me to save even more gas, and arrive at school refreshed and alive. The foliage is beautiful along that route.
After class, I went to visit Onyx for a while, and we hung out and chatted of of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax-Of cabbages--and kings-- (kidding there, couldn't resist adding it in)
It was good company, as always. and just shy of midnight, I wheeled my way towards home, arriving about 1am.
This morning...4 times the snooze button on the alarm clock. I'm here at work, tired, and have to deal with Portland airport this evening, and attempting to round up my parents. But that will be a story for yet another day.
