Last night's trip too and from school was wonderful. The smell of fall was in the air, despite the temperatures reaching 84 according to a thermometer I saw in my travels. Going too school, I took my usual afternoon route, from Biddeford, out 111 to Sanford, continue across to Rochester on 202, then 125 South to the Lee circle. West on 4, out ( Read more... )

The weather is again beautiful outside. The wind is blowing (which has always given me my strength) and it is 75. It feels like rain but I don't care. I jump in and out as much as I can to enjoy the weather as it is. I hate for the wheel to finish the turn to winter quite yet. This is the weather I have been anxiously waiting for and I love.

I wish I'd been able to join you for that bike ride; it sounds lovely.

You are getting better on the bike, I'll grant you. Not sure you are up to 150 miles in one trip...yet!

Who said anything about 150 mile trip. I just want a trip to the woods or the beach to watch the moon and stars as the day slides into night.
