A couple of days ago I got a call from a friend asking me if I had any books I could put in a show at Branigan Cultural Center, as they had a book show opening Friday and not enough entries. I grabbed what I had in the studio, and tonight had the pleasure of seeing my works and others on display.

( One unexpected side effect of all this screenprinting has been its effect on my biceps. Each colour's basically like doing several sets of reps. )

So... I can't find my camera. This is driving me nuts. Since I'm unable to post images, just take a moment to visualize the pieces instead. Or something.

Anyway. I'm now being represented at Hitchkick Gallery, currently a web-only gallery starting up in Cruces. It's run by one of the other graduate students, and I think it's going to do well ( Read more... )
