Today I decided to go to the city of Adelaide by myself since I wanted to look around at Dymocks. It was a lovely day and there was a lot of people around which was actually nice. On the bus I put my iPod on shuffle and ended up listening to R.E.M, Rufus Wainwright, Biffy Clyro, Franz Ferdinand, Take That and others.
I noticed for the first time that the Myer Centre food court is mainly made up of Asian food and American Fast food places. I ended up getting a sandwich from a nice shop which wasn't Subway, since i just felt like one. It's an observation which humoured me today, because of the difficult choice I had to make.
At Dymocks I ended up ordering The Vesuvius Club by Mark Gatiss since they didn't have any in stock. The lovely lady shop assistant had to order it from the UK because the Australian supplier was out of stock and ordering it from America would take longer and cost more. So they are going to contact me in 2 to 3 weeks when it arrives from the UK. I'm really looking forward to this book. I also went to JB-Hifi and purchased Radiohead's King of Limbs which is a great album.
So how is everyone else?
