Going to the College

Now I'm at the part where I drive over to the college, hand them my high school transcripts, take placement tests, and try to get whatever preparatory classes I may need to take waived. Registration for the spring and summer classes start in less than two weeks. Hopefully by then I will have an idea of which classes I will need to take. I have a few different plans depending on how the testing and whatever waivers I may need go.

I think I'm mostly against the preparatory classes because I have taken math classes up to Calculus before, granted most of that stuff has long been forgotten but I really don't think I need to relearn everything from the ground up again, maybe just start somewhere in the middle. I guess my feeling toward it is the same as if I were to pickup a bike and ride, sure it'd be wobbly at first but after that I'd be fine. I think the same thing would happen with college algebra. And don't even get me started with how I feel about the possibility of having to take preparatory biology as a paramedic.

So right now, I just poured my first cup of coffee and I've got some laundry washing. After I drink half the pot I'll have already had the clothes in the dryer and I should be finishing that up just when I'm done showering.
