1) Kiss him on both cheeks and shout, "FRESNO!"
2) Kick him. Then apologize and kick him again.
3) Break some trophies. Violently.
4) Attach his book to a fishing rod, lob it as hard as you can out of the window, reel it back in and repeat until satisfied.
5) Dazedly close the book and say in a mystic tone, "I see what you did there, Green."
