Oh, the Tablo one. ♥ I've always wondered how he felt about other people in the Korean music industry, especially the ones he's friends with, like Suju, and what they do for a living. Interesting take.

The Kangteuk is sad. I wouldn't be surprised if Eeteuk did have plastic surgery, though it would make me sad. =\

Huh. o_o I guess Tony/Andy really is a bit like Hyuksu, I just never thought of it before. Except Tonhyuk is still OTP. Ultimate OTP. *pouts* Lovely fic, though, achy and sad. But Junjin's real name is Choongjae, btw. ^^;

Oh dear, I hadn't realized that you write oldschool!boyband fic. Please continue, there's next to none on LJ, and I haven't seen new fics about them in ages. ♥

It's interesting that Epik High is like one of the few bands balancing the mainstream and the underground. My interpretation is that Tablo feels more comfortable in the underground scene.. Plus his latest product (the song "Free" with MYK) just has the angriest English lyrics I've read from him, more or less critisizing the state of music industry. (The quote in the header of the ficlet is from the same song..)

With that said, I admit I'm a bit *too* fond of this idea as Tablo awakening the minds of Korea's various young rapping talent. :P

I find it a little difficult to live in denial about Teukie's use of vanity medicine, predebut pics are just so drastically different.

Haha, I don't know much about H.O.T (as in, I wouldn't call myself a huge fan) but I do know TonHyuk is OTP so I like to think I worked that in as well! Also why I wrote from Andy's perspective..

Junjin's real name is Choongjae, btw. ^^;Okay, that was a MASSIVE thought error/typo on my part, sorry. Of course I know his name is Choongjae, not Chaejoong wtf. *slaps

Yeah, it's definitely a weird balance between the two. I'd love it if Tablo could start a music revolution in Korea, it'd be awesome. XD Tablo really seems like a genuinely interesting person, which is more than I can say for a lot of celebrities. =\

Tonhyuk is master OTP. It makes me sad that the new boybands nowadays are more open about like, "HEY! THIS IS FANSERVICE!", but they actually do much less. I've yet to see any members of Suju or DBSK or whatever give each other matching rings to wear on their wedding fingers. >_>

XD Chaejoong sounds like Chaeyeon/Jaejoong, which I hope to God will never get written, ever.

Shinhwa are SO touchy, I love it. The card kissing game! Or just kissing straight out! I think it's amazing how close they all still are after so many years. Ricdy is such love, srsly. XD I guess that's true. They're so gay already fanfiction isn't really necessary to satisfy the inner fangirl...

He had this love letter to music in his cyworld, I read the translation and it was basically this huge emofest love confession but ..to music. That convinced me this guy is really devoted to his artform. No wonder he's sort of awkward on shows like Xman

Hahaha, I know what you mean. I actually got into H.O.T right after they broke up, so it took a while to learn about them and how the fandom worked and stuff. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have about oldschool!boyband yaoi, though I'm not sure which groups you're interested in. ^^; The main ones I liked were H.O.T, Shinhwa, 1TYM, and Click-B.

Oh yes, I'm always pleasantly surprised by how much older fanservice material is up on youtube just because Shinhwa is still up and about. *__*

It seems everybody ships JunTa and TonHyuk.. So, um, what made these two the H.O.T OTPs? Also, Shinhwa had this thing with "official couples" according to the members who shared blood type (like WanDy who're both type O I think), did H.O.T have anything like this?

And the obligatory - how close are H.O.T post-break up?

Much for the same reason Jaeho and Yoosu are shipped so much in the DBSK fandom, I suppose. They always seemed the closest or the most couple-ish out of the five

I feel really sad that H.O.T broke up, even though I'm not a fan. But as far as I understand, it was mostly because SM was ripping them off big time? I wish they could've just done what Shinhwa did and gone with another company (not that GoodEnter is perfect).

SM was ripping Tony, Woohyuk, and Jaewon off. Heejun and Kangta were getting offered a lot more money than the other three, which understandably, would piss JTL off big time. I think it was that, by the time JTL decided to leave SM, Junta had already renewed their contracts, so they couldn't go with them. Not sure.

Shinhwa are just like... amazing unity. Ten years together. They amaze me, seriously.

I... don't think that's the problem, exactly. If someone really wants to get laid, they can. And the more famous they are, the prettier the selection gets. But knowing the little I know of Tablo, he sounds like one hell of a difficult guy to court. He probably wants ~brainz~. Which isn't really present in women in that industry, as far as I can tell from here. D:
