To hell and back...damn.
I've been elbowed in the gut by an arm travelling at warp, and almost died because of it. Thankfully Linnis was able to stop the bleeding, and brought me back with CPR.
I'm unsure exactly what to think about that.
Tonight I'm meeting in the Mess Hall for dinner with Hoshi, and I'll be asking her to the Movie Night. I don't know what her reply will be, but I'm hopeful she'll at least think about it, maybe sleep on the invitation.
In Sickbay, when I woke from nearly dying...
::pauses, rubbing chin.::
I woke up fully face to face with Linnis, and as much as it shocked me, what suprises me more is that it...

...it wasn't as bad as I could have imagined.
I'm sure I'm imagining things, but when we fight, Linnis doesn't try to call for help, or just ignore me, but just jumps in, and the more we fight, the more intense it gets.

Are we fighting? Or is there more to it than that?

Or am I just imagining things?
I was just in Sickbay, and I stumbled, and instead of intentionally missing me, she grabbed ahold, and steadied me, and didn't complain. At all.
::pauses, feeling out of his depth.::
Shouldn't she have at least complained about my balance? Or my reluctance to leave Sickbay? Or something?!
::shakes head.::
This is making my head swim.
But I can't confront her! But the last time I tried a subtle approach, the whole Mess Hall incident happened!
::puts PADD down, rubs face, picks up PADD and continues.::
Hopefully I'll figure it out eventually.
