Law & Order: Deep Space 9
So the other night during the Grey's Anatomy repeat, ABC showed a new preview for this week's Lost (here!). It is basically the most shippy Jack/Kate promo ever, in addition to being totally melodramatic and dumb. It still made me REALLY RIDONKULOUSLY EXCITED. THEY HAVE HAD ONE SCENE TOGETHER ALL SEASON WHAT THE HECK. I wish i weren't so retarded over them. I realize they are the dumbest characters ever! AND YET.
The Amazing Race
OH DANNY AND OSWALD. Chasing Phil around the mat! "Do i look like Rambo?" "You look like a faggy raccoon." I love them so freaking much. No lie, they've been one of my all-time favorite teams since their original season, so it's completely awesome to see them on the show again. And with Rob and Amber gone, they're like the only team i'm rooting for, aside from Dustin and Kandice (who i used to dislike! heyyyyyyy.)
Shut up, Charla and Mirna. Just... shut up. Calling Dustin and Kandice dumb! AHAHAHAHAAAA. Yeah no. They're really never going to figure out that speaking with a ridiculous fake accent doesn't make anyone understand them better, are they? STAB STAB STABBITY STAB. I was hoping maybe today would be opposite day and first place would actually be last place. Surprise! You're the first team to arrive, i'm sorry to tell you you have been eliminated from the race. Because you suck.
I like when they make Phil do funny stuff while explaining a task. Like holding a giant rat. PHIL!
Battlestar Galactica
So there was a lot of weird shit going on in this episode, which i liked, except i knew that none of it would get any kind of explanation until next week, which i did not like. Still, the random hallucinatory music was just bizarre enough to come across as sorta cool. HEY MAYBE THE GALACTICA IS A CYLON.
I like that Laura made herself TOTALLY HOT in her dream. :D
I figured out the chamalla thing from Lee sniffing the tea, but it just made me go "WHY WOULD SHE BE TAKING CHAMALLA AGAIN?!!? I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!!!" It honestly did not cross my mind that her cancer would be back. Ha ha. BUT NO, SERIOUSLY. CANCER. The thing that has always sucked about BSG is that i love Roslin so much and yet she has always been doomed to die! It's depressing. I mean i did think the magical mystery cure was pretty anticlimactic, but that doesn't mean i wasn't happy that she was cured! :(
CAPTAIN APOLLO!!! Oh man. I miss those days. Mr. Lee Adama sure is a bastard. Except more of a dumb puppy than a bastard, but still. I enjoyed that scene a lot, because 1) Lee playing dress-up and pretending to be a lawyer! HILARIOUS, and 2) Laura pleading with him was super sad and good.
Anyway Lee wearing that fancy pinstripe suit was kind of... appallingly pretty. So pretty it was disgusting! True story. I was taken aback.
Tigh and Six punching each other in the face was pretty badass. I like when characters do that, apparently! LET'S ALL PUNCH EACH OTHER IN THE FACE!
Last week had me cracking up a lot because LOL you guys, Badger moved up in the world and became a lawyer. BSG/Firefly: still kind of OTP. Kara is a leaf on the wind! (......i meant for that to be funny but it just made me sad.)
