Goth, Claire? Really? Black is not a good hair color on you. So like the very second i realized this was a Claire episode, i said "and tonight they'll reveal that Jack's dad is Claire's dad!" AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH. For realsies, guys. Jack's dad: IN EVERY FLASHBACK EVER? Oh, Lost. I hate you. Fun Heroes parallels, though. Blonde Claire with a heretofore unknown rich father who ends up being related to the dark-haired, medical professional hero of the story. Heyyyy.

Okay, everybody knows that fence is to hold in the T-Rexes. DUH. I immediately figured the cunning plan would be to climb over it; that's, uh... not an incredibly effective security perimeter once you figure it out. I love watching teensy Kate go climbing! She's such a cute little monkey.

I wish Claire hadn't become such an obnoxious harpy for the most part after s1, but Charlie dying for her many times over in alternate pasts/futures is kind of pretty and poetical.
HEY REMEMBER THE PART WHERE KATE ADMITTED TO TOTALLY CARING ABOUT (I.E. LOVING) JACK AND SHE TREKKED ALL THE WAY OUT THERE TO SAVE HIM ONLY TO BE BETRAYED BECAUSE HE WAS NOT IN DANGER AT ALL?? Maaaaaaybe this episode was KIND OF worth it. Maybe. Kind of.

I just now got around to watching the last episode! Um, this way i don't have to wait as long until April 23rd? Sure! Okay that's still like a billion years away.
So as much as i'm sad that canonically shipping Peter/Claire is... harder, i really love that all my favorite characters are now part of one compact family! And HRG and Hiro by association. (...Hiro and Nathan are BFF! that's like family!)
SO HAPPY SIMONE IS DEAD AND STAYING DEAD. Yessssssss.
I'm really proud of Mohinder for figuring Sylar out, i didn't think he'd ever catch on. That dude is pretty bad about making new friends and not noticing that they're actually evil. It's a shame he can't be convincingly badass, like, at all. Poor Mohinder, he tries so hard! He just wants to be loved.
Big big big THUMBS UP for Claire finally making it to New York. Also totally cool: Claire's mom! I had extreme Alias (PILOT EPISODE) flashbacks with the radio and the shower confessing. I am so glad that HRG still remembers Claire, i thought for sure they were erasing ALL of his memories of her. Whew! Of course, it's not so much of a good thing now that he may be doomed. :( :( :(
My Nathan love seems to grow with each episode, especially when Hiro calls him a softie and also when he does hot things like throwing Niki on the bed. Oh, Petrelli the Elder! I really wish i weren't so convinced that, since he meanders around the moral grey area, his ultimate act of goodness will be to sacrifice his life. I don't want him to go evil, but i certainly don't want him to die for his sins, either. :(
That ending was CORAAAAAAAAZY, and a large part of my excitement is because Peter finally got his hair cut. Sylar took away his emo hair! THE SOURCE OF ALL HIS POWERS! Maybe that will unleash an even more powerful force, who knows. I... am reminded of Spaceballs when Princess Vespa's hair gets shot and she goes apeshit. "He shot my hair! Son of a bitch!" Hi, i'm a nerd.
Fuckin' crazy preview for the upcoming episodes, too! BRUNETTE CLAIRE WHAT??!?!? ...I appear to be overly preoccupied with characters' hair. Huh.
