I'm so tired

I know complaining doesn't change anything but man I'm tired. I called in sick to the tutoring center for this morning. I didn't think I could handle helping anyone write a paper today. Yesterday I spent 3.5 hours helping one very sweet girl write her first college paper. She was terrified of committing words to paper. I told her writing was like a train - you had to keep moving down the line. Revising is where you make it right. Writing it is where you get the words down. Do you have any idea how exhausting it is to talk to one person for 3.5 hours about one paper?

I'm sorry for complaining but I think I've hit the proverbial wall. Between the heat pump and losing Zumi, my energy reserves are down to zero. Thank goodness we don't have school Monday. Two weeks into the semester and I already need the day off.

Things are going to turn around, right? Right???
