My left arm is being all weird. I think I slept on it wrong, and the wonky feeling lasted all weekend, so I booked a massage appointment for yesterday

I think in the case of smoking, you have to really, really WANT to quit smoking, and anything that you're the least bit skeptical about is not going to work. My dad has tried it all - akupuncture, gum, patches, hypnotism, you name it. And his first thought was always to light up a cigarette, "just see if it worked."
I've heard good things about the book, though. Offhand, I can think of at least 4 people I know who've been successful with the book. (Two of them started again, and one of them is now vaping instead. But they were smoke free for almost 3 years!)
Renovating is always going to be a bother, but SO WORTH IT when it's done. Well, at least hopefully. :) I don't really mind, mostly because we're not doing any of it ourselves, except for a bit of plumbing in Sven's case. But the schedule got pushed, because the painter couldn't start on time, which means the carpenter has been pushed back, and then he had to finish something else first, so it's kind of snowballing.
I do have quite a few things I plan to rid myself of since cleaning out A LOT of cupboards. It's pretty good stuff, though, so I'm planning on putting them up for "adoption" on this local Facebook group I'm a member of. I'd rather give it away than throw it away, if at all possible. I already took some pictures, but for now, I think I'll wait until I can actually access the box containing the things before I post anything. :)
Mostly, I'm a little exhausted at the thought of moving everything else back again...!
