Yesterday I took the day off so I could go on a road trip with some friends to Seattle. The reason for the trip was that one of Mike's friends got tickets to see the Seattle Mariners play the visiting Detroit Tigers (which happen to be his favourite team). In most important news, the Montreal Canadiens defeated the hated Toronto Maple Leafs by a score of 3-2 in a shootout tonight - the first match of the season, and 675th all time. WHOO!
